Pole Pole Tapir

According to Wikipedia, the tapir is one of the “best examples of discontinuous distribution: there is one species in Southeast Asia and three species in Central and South America. In spite of this, the different species are markedly similar “. It is a decidedly nice parallel if we think of the sweet PolePole tapirs that could be found in your living room or in  Japanese one.
