CUTLER AND GROSS 1413

  When Mr. Cutler and Mr. Gross founded their namesake brand in 1969, they had a vision: to reshape the eyewear industry with their unique, masterfully handcrafted frames. Opticians by profession, the two Englishmen employed the revered frame craftsman George Smith, who made each pair of glasses individually in his workshop above the Knightsbridge shop in London. 55 years have passed and this artisan tradition remains central to Cutler and Gross.
