Aura Ring the Frog

The most unexpected subject in the entire collection, and one of the most beloved. The frog's connection to ancient art, to classicism or to cameo is less immediate and recognisable than other iconographies — which makes it all the more surprising. We loved it at once. Over the years we had admired the collections of enthusiasts who gathered sculptures and representations of this creature in infinite variety — and we often found ourselves in front of objects of astonishing quality and rarity. So, without hesitation, we decided to include it in the jewellery collection we were building. It was among the first cameos tested in all colours and mounted on the different models we were designing.Then one day, after various attempts to create a round plexiglass ring, we finally found the «perfection» we were looking for — and she stepped straight into the bezel, ready to be worn in every possible combination.We are deeply attached to this subject, which carries different and ancient meanings
