Eos Ring Minerva

The EOS ring is an open form. The gilded bronze, cast in lost wax and polished by hand, describes a circular bezel with a mirror finish that gathers light and gives it back warm. At the centre, Minerva’s cameo: the profile turned right, the helmet worn back, the braid gathered at the nape, the precise features of an eighteenth-century intaglio. The band opens into two adjustable sections that find each finger with ease. Minerva’s profile is among the most reproduced in European neoclassical iconography — coins, seals, medals, friezes.
