Steaming lid Oval EasyQuick 38 cm

The Oval EasyQuick steaming lid fits on all 38 cm oval griddles to transform them into a steamer. The 38 cm oval insert can also be used depending on the dish to be cooked. Steaming with AMC means cooking in the 97° C to 99°C temperature window, which helps preserve the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals and retains the flavor of food to produce fresh, aromatic, and juicy-tasting dishes. This method of cooking is great for preparing potatoes and vegetables with medium and long cooking times, fish, stuffed vegetables, vegetable roulades, stews, large pieces of meat, and legumes. It’s also wonderful for cooking whole fish, asparagus, spaghetti, and large quantities of food. In the combinable 38 cm oval insert, dishes such as fish, stuffed or delicate vegetables (e.g. asparagus), and soufflés, are gently and quickly steamed in a water bath without coming into contact with water at all.
