A sixteen page staple bound booklet with liner notes included an extremely detailed 'family tree' of all bands that the then-current members of The Cult had ever been in. The outer slipcase type cuboid box has a white leather effect texturing and die cut thumb sections. There is text and artwork to one face only, which is in debossed silver foil block detail.
