The Random Wood Bookcase reinterprets the iconic Random concept through the warmth and material richness of wood. Defined by its irregularly arranged shelves, it introduces rhythm and dynamism into the structure, transforming storage into a refined architectural composition. Designed by Neuland Industriedesign for mdf italia, Random became a bestseller and was selected in 2006 for the prestigious Compasso d'Oro ADI. With this wooden version, the bookcase gains an added sense of depth and natural elegance while preserving its sculptural identity. Among the first bookcases conceived to display rather than conceal objects, Random Wood celebrates personal expression. Books, travel mementos, and meaningful objects find their place within its geometric grid, turning everyday storage into a curated narrative that reflects the individuality of its owner.
