The Skynest Motion by Flos, designed by the renowned Marcel Wanders, is a diffuse lighting hanging appliance that brings together innovative design and sustainable materials. The dome of this fixture is a striking blend of luminous and dark elements, woven into a captivating network. The core structures of the dome are covered with a thin interwoven tubular mesh, made from recycled and recyclable polyester fabric, showcasing the commitment to environmentally conscious design. Each luminous element within the dome is powered by specialized micro-connectors located at the top of the structure. These elements are covered in a two-tone mesh, with the inner side of the dome always remaining white to optimize light emission from the integrated LED module. This unique configuration ensures both functional lighting and a visually stunning design.
