Side A starts with a very subtle electronic alienating sound that is enriched by treated vocals, double bass, noises and trumpet creating a suspended atmosphere that evolves slowly to an organized chaos that is quite unique. Side B starts with a double bass played with arch, noises and a distorted trumpet than a breathless voice comes in leading to a crepuscular industrial symphony. Giano has to be seen as “lonely standing” effort in the area of contemporary Italian music.”
