Altaj ‎/ s/t

Altaj uses field recordings, guitars, drums, voice and effects to follow a sound research for unidentified, thick but liquid landscapes. The inspiration comes from Siberian shamanism, ecstatic voyages and divinities of the Asian highlands. This self-titled release, in particular, passing through the ethnographical and geographical suggestions of these populations, tries to express the amazement and the powerlessness of mankind towards the mysteries behind Nature. s/t by ALTAJ
