Dahongpao 大红袍 - Banyan Yancha
A gentle Dahongpao, the most famous of rock wulong tea - yancha - created with a blend of different plant varieties selected to create a Dahongpao with floral bouquet and a roasted fragrance with delicate minerality. Dried with charcoal-roasting typical of Wuyishan rock tea, this tea welcomes in a harmonious and balanced way all the sensorial aspects that make rock teas unique: roasted notes opening the senses to the floral and mineral notes described in the saying 岩骨花香 Yan Gu Hua Xiang, or " rock structure and floral fragrance".
