The best leaves, from Chuye 褚叶 cultivar, harvested in Anhui province are shaped by hand with the utmost care to create this unique Qimen tea, with its typical shape reminiscent of a little snail. Golden glares reveal the presence of precious buds, still unripe. However, special leaves and great skills in their processing alone are not enough: the secret to obtaining this rarity is great precision in the coal-baking process, which gives it a delicate - almost hidden - roasted aftertaste.
