2018 Nannuo Shu Pu'er - Wild Forest mini cakes

These mini cakes of Shu Pu'er tea are a tiny taste of the deepest fragrances of our tea forest on Nannuo mountain, where tea trees grow together with the lush tropical trees of southwest Yunnan. These tea leaves were harvested in spring 2018, processed into fully fermented Shu Pu'er, pressed and wrapped into tiny cakes of 7 gr each. Over time, they continue developing new hints of flavour, preserved by our iconic paper wrapping. As they brew, these Shupu mini cakes release all the fragrances of the wild forest environment: smooth notes of wood and with hues of nuts, undergrowth and mushrooms. Soft and mellow at the palate and yet intense and full-bodied in the mouthfeel.  Each mini cake weighs about 7gr.
