However, the higher level of liquid sugar concentrated in the leaves provides with an amazing aroma, with a greater complexity. The freshness of the leaves is overwhelming, and the precious floral bouquet typical of its aftertaste is not long in coming, together with a surprising minerality. After realizing the great aging potential of these leaves, we decided to press them by stone and store them in traditional bamboo Ti, to ensure the best conservation for the years to come.
