The autumn harvest starts in September, after our spring tea has reached your cups, and surprised your palate. The delicate tea leaves are harvested by hand, and after sun-drying they get pretty hues of dark green, that will become redder and redder as time passes by. In the first brews, the initial flowery aroma is soon reached up by a persistent mellowness of unripe fruits, fresh and delicate. A great complexity later bursts in the aftertaste, giving off a hint of acacia honey, that will bloom with the ageing process. The thick and smooth liquor continues releasing the beauty of the autumn colors brew after brew, going from a light golden color to warm amber hues, as the long brownish leaves unfurl in the teapot.
