1. The service

Vicinissimo (the “Service”), operated by ECM D.I. (VAT IT02646670410, Via Yuri Gagarin 169, 61122 Pesaro (PU), Italia), is a product discovery platform: it shows products available in nearby local shops (“Merchants”) and puts users in touch with them. Vicinissimo does not sell products, does not process payments and does not handle shipping or pickup.

2. No transaction on the platform

Any purchase, booking, payment and pickup happens directly between the user and the Merchant, off-platform (e.g. via WhatsApp, email or the Merchant’s website). Vicinissimo is not a party to that relationship.

3. Product data

Product information (title, price, availability, images, links) comes from feeds provided by the Merchants and is indexed periodically. Vicinissimo does not guarantee that such data is accurate, complete or up to date in real time. Always check price and availability with the Merchant before going to pick up an item.

4. Geolocation

Search may use your position (browser geolocation, optional) or a place you type. Coordinates are used only to run the search and are not stored. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vicinissimo is not liable for the Merchants’ products, prices, conduct or for damages arising from the user–Merchant relationship. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Intellectual property & third-party links

Brands, logos and content belong to their owners. The Service contains links to Merchant websites: Vicinissimo is not responsible for their content.

7. Changes, law and venue

We may update these Terms; the current version is always published here. These Terms are governed by Italian law; for consumers the mandatory venue is their place of residence/domicile.
